[Charlug] Bug in OpenOffice Calc

Attached is a spreadsheet I wrote for one of my surveying classes. It's a 
storm sewer design for a subdivision. I ran into problems with iteration; 
some cells compute wrong numbers when iteration is on. Could you try it and 
see if you can reproduce the bug? I'm using version 2.3.0.
