[Charlug] Parking at UNC Charlotte

Hi Everyone,

I checked with the parking folks on the UNC Charlotte campus. Parking is 
free from 3PM on Friday until 8AM on Monday in student and visitor 
parking on campus. Faculty/staff parking is not allowed, but student and 
visitor parking should be plenty.

People must pay to park on weeknights, but this should open up more 
weekend meeting
options for the LUG.
