[Charlug] Saturday meeting schedule -draft proposal...

I am proposing that, as part of the monthly Saturday meeting schedule
for 2009, we use one meeting per quarter for Install fests. I further
propose that we rotate these install fests to different CPCC campuses.
Finally, I propose that the 1st quarter Charlug Install fest be held
at the Levine Campus in Matthews.

Any comments? Suggestons?
