Um, have you thought about people's schedules? I'd like to give Dr. Hipp 
my fullest attention but if someone arbitrarily alters my known schedule 
it's a bit of a pain.

Do one major talk, or the other. Don't push for a 5 hour meeting. If Dr. 
Hipp can make it at 1 pm then we should start at 12:45 with 
introductions, social blather, and getting our note pads ready.

The RCHE-SG, if I remember correctly, discussed a 30 minute post meeting 
optional workshop. Or we could start at 12:00, whichever worked for Chip 
and the others.
