[Charlug] Changing one's list email address.

I note with dismay that the process of changing the one's list email  
address seems to be broken.  The new email address confirmation  
process does not appear to take place as I have yet to receive the  
confirmation email.  My Hughes email account will vanish at any moment  
and the Gmail account (with same user ID) is yet to be validated.

Anyone know what's happening?
