The following web pages suggests that it's free on the Friday evenings 
and the weekend, but I'm not sure:

The on-campus gaming group has many non-student participants. They 
basically park in the visitor lots on Friday evenings and aren't charged.

I suggest verifying this before planning the meeting though.
